Construction Contract for Total Internal & External Refurbishment and Extension to Existing Chip Shop, located within Kirkcaldy, Fife.

The particular requirement of this contract was that the Client could allow the shop to be closed for 1 week only, during which period new friers and equipment would be installed. The shop had to remain open for trading during normal hours for the balance of the contact period. This was achieved.
