Design & Build Contract for new 200m2 Restaurant complete with Kitchen and Toilet Facilities, located within Kirkcaldy, Fife.

The contract comprised the Design, obtaining of Local Authority approvals and construction works of the new restaurant, whilst in parallel refurbishing the existing several toilet facilities.

The particular requirement of this contract was to construct the restaurant within an area enclosed by ongoing factory production areas. Close liason with the Client was essential for both safety requirements and maintaining Client production rates.
