Design & Build   : Bowmac Construction offer a Full Design & Build service direct to the client, which enables clients to generally deal with one person in lieu of a complete design and construction team at all meetings, effectively saving client valuable time and money .  The Contractor controls the design team and a  completed  price is agreed before contract outset.

Traditional Tendering : Our Construction team work to drawings and specifications provided by the design team employed directly by the client hence retaining control of the design team who with effect controls the contractor.  Contract amount are variable .

Pre-Contract Services : Provision of free pre-contract estimates and assistance with all design aspects.
